Submit a Code Complaint

Code Enforcement complaints for unincorporated Pinellas County should be submitted through the Pinellas County Access Portal.

• Use the My Neighborhood tool to verify the jurisdiction for your complaint.
• For assistance with code enforcement matters within one of the 24 municipalities in Pinellas County, please visit the Municipalities and Cities page.

To submit a complaint through the Access Portal, follow these steps:

1. Read and accept terms on the page by checking “I have read and accepted the above terms.”
2. Select Code Complaint.
3. Enter the location for the complaint and click Search to autofill the Parcel Number.
4. Click Add New and enter your information under Complainant. Click Next.
5. Enter Complaint/Violation Details.
6. Add any relevant attachments.
7. Review all information. Click Next to submit your complaint. You will receive a Record Number on the following page.
